Robin joined the Dallas City Attorney’s office in 2013. She is the Deputy Section Head of the Economic and Community Development section of the General Counsel division. Robin provides legal counsel to the Housing, Economic Development, and Fair Housing departments, with a focus on complex real estate and development transactions involving municipal bonds, tax credit finance (including New Markets Tax Credits and Low Income Housing Tax Credits), federal funds, and other economic incentives. She has special expertise in HUD funds and regulations.
