Laura Foland joined the Dallas City Attorney's office in 2008.  Her practice focuses on ordinance drafting and advising city departments and boards in zoning and land use matters.  Ms. Foland also serves as counsel for the Landmark Commission on issues involving historic preservation and neighborhood conservation.
