Deborah joined the Dallas City Attorney's Office in 2007 and served as a Prosecutor for the City of Dallas. In 2009, Deborah joined the General Counsel Division where her practice focuses on representing the City in economic development projects; advising City staff on municipal, state and contracts law; and preparing a variety of legal documents for complex and routine municipal transactions.
