Mr. Burgess joined the Dallas City Attorney’s Office in 2004. His practice focuses on all aspects of urban development and land use law. Mr. Burgess has served as counsel to the city plan commission, landmark commission, and board of adjustment, zoning ordinance committee, and the building inspection advisory, examining, and appeals board.
