Rosalind joined the Dallas City Attorney’s Office in 2005.  Rosalind served as the Community Prosecutor for South Dallas/Fair Park and Assistant Director of the Community Court.  While in South Dallas/Fair Park, Rosalind was successful in utilizing proactive enforcement methods to combat quality of life problems that plague the South Dallas/Fair Park Community.  After serving two years in Community Prosecution, Rosalind moved to the Employment Section.  Her practice focused on advising departments on personnel issues and litigating employment-related cases in state and federal court.  In 2008, Rosalind became the Section Chief of the Community Prosecution Section.
