Jennifer Richie joined the Dallas City Attorney's Office in 2000. In 2002, Ms. Richie became the Section Chief of the Code Compliance Section. Her practice focuses on civil litigation on behalf of the City against property owners who are not maintaining their properties in compliance with minimum housing standards, zoning, environmental, Fair Housing, sexually oriented business, massage establishment, and/or criminal nuisance laws.
