Janice Moss currently serves as supervising attorney of the Employment Section, which handles employment litigation and administrative matters, and advises city departments regarding labor and employment matters. Ms. Moss joined the City Attorney’s Office in 1990 and has served in the Criminal Law and Prosecution Section, the Code Compliance Section working with the Dallas Police Department S.A.F.E. Team to bring properties into compliance with the city code, and the Employment Section. From 1993 to 1995, she worked in the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Texas, returning to the City Attorney’s Office in 1995.
