Julie Essenburg joined the Dallas City Attorney’s Office in 1991. Her practice focuses on defending the City and its employees in trials and appeals, at the state and federal level, involving auto accidents, premises liability, police chase and excessive force claims, paramedic negligence claims, water main ruptures and sewage spill cases.
