Frances Pieters rejoined the City of Dallas in 1991 as an Assistant City Attorney. She previously worked in the Housing Department for twelve years prior to attending law school. Her law practice primarily focuses on preparation of loan documents in commercial and residential lending transactions. Frances advises the Housing Department on its other programs and activities. She works with real property sales in the Real Estate Division of the Development Services Department. Additionally, she prepares opinions for the Departments of Environmental and Health Services and Code Compliance.
