Barbara Martínez joined the Dallas City Attorney's Office in 1992. Her primary assignment is advising the Economic Development section of the Development Services Department. Barbara prepares contracts for all incentives including tax abatements, infrastructure cost participation agreements, economic development grants (or loans), and development agreements. She also works with the Housing Department and the Public Works and Transportation Department.
