Amy Messer joined the Dallas City Attorney's office in 2002 and has served in the Criminal Law and Prosecution Section, the Civil Rights Section, General Litigation Section and currently the Employment Law Section. Her practice focuses on advising departments on personnel matters and representing the City in employment law litigation.
