Art Hudman joined the Dallas City Attorney's Office in 1998 as its real estate specialist. His practice focuses on transactional matters where Art provides legal consultation, negotiation and drafting on all things real estate to the City's various departments. Art represents the City in both acquiring and granting interests in real estate (fee ownership, easements, leaseholds, etc.). Art also is deeply involved in real estate development, lending and collections matters involving the City's economic development efforts and its Housing Department.
